Trip fare must be paid at the time of pick-up. The van will usually arrive on time, but please allow for 15 minutes either way.
CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS. The driver will wait up to 15 minutes after they arrive. If you are not ready or cancel without proper notice, you will be charged ½ fare price.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS – Van seats are specific. If you wish an additional person to ride with you, or your party is bigger/smaller than you reserved, you must alert us of this change within 24 hours. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
Any disruptive, abusive or indecent behavior by the passenger toward the driver, other passengers or staff may result in the denial of future services.
Riders with disabilities may be accompanied by one attendant free of charge.

By Law, all children must ride in a car seat or booster seat depending on age. You are required to provide your own. HOWEVER, if you do not have one or forget yours, we can rent you one for the day. Please see the pricing page for the cost.
